This website describes our lead-generation services. Sending an enquiry does not create a lead-purchase agreement or authorise a charge.
1. Using this website
This website introduces LitoAcquisition and provides general information about lead generation for service businesses. You may use it to research our approach and contact us. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation or use its content unlawfully.
2. Enquiries and service agreements
A service starts only after the parties agree to a separate written agreement. That agreement must identify the legal supplier and buyer and record the scope, pricing, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, delivery expectations and relevant remedies.
Submit details you are authorised to share and keep them accurate. We process website enquiries through our hosting providers and GoHighLevel to assess your requirements and respond, as explained in our privacy policy. An enquiry receipt confirms delivery to our CRM; it does not confirm service availability, lead qualification or phone ownership. It does not enrol you in automated marketing.
3. The pay-per-qualified-lead model
Our offer is pay per qualified lead. We develop and run ad creatives, manage campaigns, generate leads and deliver them to the buyer. Website and landing-page design are outside the service scope. Pricing, payment terms and the qualification criteria for billable leads are defined in the signed service agreement before campaigns begin.
We do not resell a supplied lead to another buyer. A prospect may independently request quotes from other providers. No price, lead quantity, exact delivery date or specific market availability is promised by this website.
4. Lead qualification and review
Lead-quality concerns are assessed against the qualification criteria in the signed agreement and relevant evidence. The agreement will set out the reporting process, reasonable review timeframes and any applicable remedies. This website does not promise automatic refunds, credits or replacements.
An unanswered call, unaccepted quote, change of mind or lost sale alone does not establish that a lead failed the agreed criteria. Buyers are responsible for timely follow-up and accurate records of contact attempts and outcomes. Additional requirements must be agreed for future campaigns; they do not retrospectively change the criteria for leads already delivered.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
5. Results and responsibilities
Lead generation creates opportunities. It does not guarantee appointments, customers, sales, revenue, profit, advertising approval or a return on investment. Demand, market conditions, the agreed criteria and your follow-up affect results. Buyers remain responsible for their own customer contact, quoting, service delivery and legal obligations.
Before a client campaign begins, the written agreement and collection notice must address lawful collection, the recipients of lead details, permitted contact and use, consent records, secure handling, retention and privacy requests or incidents. Client campaign data needs its own collection arrangements; this website’s business-enquiry consent does not authorise unrelated consumer marketing.
Educational articles explain concepts and decision-making approaches. Any calculations are illustrations, not forecasts or performance claims.
6. Content and third-party services
Website content and branding belong to LitoAcquisition or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to the website; this does not grant a right to reuse protected content or imply endorsement. The Inter font is supplied under its SIL Open Font License.
External websites and email services have their own terms and privacy practices. LitoAcquisition is independent of Meta, Facebook and Instagram. A reference to a platform does not imply sponsorship or approval.
7. Availability and updates
We aim to keep information accurate but may update content as the offer develops. Website availability may be interrupted. Changes to website information do not retrospectively change a signed service agreement or remove legal rights.
8. Questions or complaints
Contact contact@litoacquisition.com with website, service or complaint enquiries. We will discuss the issue and the appropriate next step. Read the privacy policy for privacy requests.
