The details

Privacy policy

Clear information about the details you share with us.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers the LitoAcquisition website (ABN 57 270 363 404) and enquiries about our lead-generation services. Privacy enquiries can be sent to contact@litoacquisition.com. This policy describes business enquiries made to us through this website. Consumer enquiries collected for a client campaign will need a separate notice explaining the relevant buyer, collection and contact arrangements.

2. Information you choose to share

If you email us, we receive the information in your message. This may include your name, email address, business name, contact details, service area and the services you are interested in. Please do not send identity documents, financial account details, health information or information about another person that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

You can browse without sending an enquiry. You may use a business contact name or an alias where practical. If you do not give us a way to contact you or sufficient information about your request, we may be unable to respond or assess the fit.

The questionnaire asks about your business, region, preferred job value, current client numbers, timing and contact details. Draft answers remain in the page’s memory until you submit and are cleared when you reload or close the page. Selecting Complete sends your answers and contact consent through our website to GoHighLevel, where we manage the enquiry. We record the submission time and enquiry reference with your answers, the consent wording and the privacy notice version. The form does not verify phone ownership. A new enquiry from the same contact may update their latest questionnaire summary in the CRM.

3. Website and technical information

The current website does not have Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, advertising cookies or session replay installed by LitoAcquisition. Its fonts are served with the website. The hosting platform may process IP addresses, request times, device or browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Email links open your chosen email application and do not send a message automatically. The questionnaire submits only when you select Complete. Read our cookies and tracking notice for the current configuration.

4. Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond, discuss a potential service, keep appropriate business records and handle complaints or legal obligations. A business enquiry does not enrol you in a marketing list. We do not use enquiry emails from this website as a list of consumer leads for sale.

5. Access by service providers and overseas processing

Information may be handled by people authorised to respond for LitoAcquisition and by providers needed to operate our services:

  • OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare deliver and protect this website. The hosting infrastructure processes submitted answers when our server forwards them to HighLevel.
  • Google provides our business email service.
  • HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) provides our customer relationship management account. We may record enquiries you send us there to assess fit and manage follow-up, including business and contact details, your requirements, consent and correspondence.

These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and India. HighLevel identifies its core product infrastructure in the United States and support services in India. Cloudflare operates globally, with technical metadata also processed in the United States and Europe. Hosting, email delivery and support may involve other locations; we do not promise Australian-only storage. Current provider information is available from OpenAI, Cloudflare, Google and HighLevel. Contact us for information about the handling of your specific enquiry. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

The website sends completed enquiries to HighLevel through a server connection, without embedding its tracking scripts. We do not sell business enquiry details to other lead buyers.

6. Security and retention

The website uses HTTPS, server-side validation and rate limits on the enquiry endpoint. Its CRM credential is held on the server and is not sent to visitors. Our application does not maintain a Cloudflare database of questionnaire answers or deliberately log their contents; hosting providers may retain technical and security logs. Enquiry records are held in the CRM and, where you correspond with us, email. No internet or email service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information has been handled incorrectly.

We retain enquiry records while needed to assess and respond to the enquiry, manage a service relationship, resolve a dispute or meet a legal requirement. Our record-review procedure calls for inactive enquiries to be reviewed after 12 months without meaningful contact and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. This is a manual review, not an automatic deletion deadline. Contract, accounting or dispute records may need to be kept longer. Provider backups and security logs follow the relevant provider’s retention arrangements.

7. Access, correction and deletion requests

Email us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity using proportionate information. We will explain any lawful reason we cannot meet a request. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.

8. Marketing preferences

No newsletter or automated marketing sequence is connected to this website. If marketing is introduced, it will require a lawful basis, appropriate consent records and a clear way to unsubscribe. You can ask us not to send marketing by emailing our contact address.

9. Privacy complaints

Send your complaint to contact@litoacquisition.com, with enough detail to understand the issue. We will acknowledge receipt, investigate and aim to respond within 30 days. If the Australian Privacy Act applies and you are not satisfied, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

10. Changes to this policy

The date above identifies this version. Material changes to collection, tracking, recipients or purposes will require an updated policy and any additional notice or consent needed before the change takes effect.
